DAGOGA es un artista visual cubano cuya obra nace del diálogo entre la naturaleza tropical, la memoria cultural del Caribe y una imaginación profundamente poética. Su pintura combina realismo expresivo y simbolismo surreal, creando escenas donde animales, flores, paisajes y figuras humanas conviven dentro de un universo cargado de espiritualidad, identidad y energía visual.

- Photos of the packaging
- Order number
- Tracking number
Dagoga Art will review the claim and assist with replacement, repair, refund, or insurance claim depending on the case.
Return & Refund Policy
All original artwork sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
Limited prints may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.
Commissioned artworks are final sale and non-refundable once the creative process has started.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Dagoga Art.
Damage During Shipping Policy
Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the artwork, outer box, inner packaging, shipping label, and visible damage.
Authenticity Policy
All original artworks sold through Dagoga Art are authentic works by the artist.
Original paintings may include a Certificate of Authenticity with:
- Artwork title
- Artist name
- Year
- Medium
- Dimensions
- Signature
- Unique artwork ID when applicable
Commission Policy
Custom artwork requires concept approval, production timeline confirmation, and deposit terms before work begins.
